Blake won awards for Safety Patrol, creating a peaceful school to learn and play, best effort in his class, National Physical Fitness, Student Council Representative, President's Education for Outstanding Academic Excellence, and he won the school spirit award. The last award was chosen by the principal and only one is given each year.
Dalton won the Golden Apple award. One student from each class is selected for this award based off of attitude and efforts and being a role model in school and out of school. The bottom picture is all the children who won. Dalton is in the black shirt in the front row leaning on Nikki Mucha's shoulder.

Tyler came home with 2 awards yesterday also. One for being on the honor roll all year with a grade point average between 3.00 and 3.49. And one for doing so well on his MEAP scores. YEAH.
I am so proud of all that they have accomplished and the fact that they do it for God's glory. They have such a grasp on their faith and beliefs. They have survived a lot in the past few years and have proven that trust in the Lord and He will succeed.
So we celebrated last night with a movie - Over the Hedge. It was not the best movie I have ever seen, but it was cute.
