Kids are home

After a long, sleepless night, Tyler and Blake are home. They went to their dads on Monday with the plan to stay until today. Tyler was hesitent about staying that long before ever leaving and I mentioned to Keith that I may end up picking them up on Wednesday. Keith and Betsy had planned Christmas Eve on Tuesday and Christmas day on Wednesday. So after a lonely couple of days for Dalton and I, I called the boys yesterday to see if they wanted to come home. They said no and Keith and I arranged for him to bring them home this afternoon. Well the phone rang at 2 am and Tyler was homesick and very tired and upset wanting to come home. I settled him down, trying to get him to go to sleep, phone rang again at 3am. He still wanted to come home. He missed me. YEAH. I had Blake go in and wake Keith up, and we agreed that they should just come home. They have never been away from me that long, and it feels good to know that they still miss mom at the ages of 12 and 10.

So many blessing, so not deserving

Hello all, welcome to my thought pad! This is great and I will continue to put our blessings and thoughts on this page. Thank you for stopping by and leave me a note.

To the left is Jane and I enjoying a dance together at our company Christmas party. It was a much needed relaxing evening out after a long year. Jane is a blast and is much like me ( a little more outgoing, if that is possible).
